I rarely buy new books (library), but after seeing Kerry on TV I couldn't help but purchase this. (btw-you can get it cheaper straight from Kerry's own site LoveDiet.com) I love the book! My bf and I are loving all the cool tips and info, and it works!

I got it as a 1 year anniversary present from my wife, sort of as a joke, but it turned out to be a great read. Not only was it well written and funny, but VERY interesting. Kerry has a great story to tell, and blends it very well with her diet/lifestyle plan. I think this book may be a surprise hit of this season! (maybe the next He's Just Not That In To You) she also has a neat website lovediet.com

Anyone who's tried dieting knows that it's the long term commitment to the diet that's the hard part. McCloskey clearly outlines how using her scientifically sound plan you can lose weight in a safe consistent manner. No ridiculous restrictions (c'mon who doesn't like a bun with their burger?) or "unsafe" methods. This is an simple and fun exercise and diet plan that is EASY to stick to! Besides, it's a great, enjoyable read. A++
