2-year bout with sleep disorders cured!
I wasn't terribly hopeful when I purchased this book that I was going to find any new information in it. Afterall, I had spent countless sleepless nights for the past two years researching my mysterious new sleep disorder and I thought I had read about or tried every "natural" remedy out there...

Thank God I gave it one more go and bought this book!

While it does contain lots of info you've probably found in other sources, the author includes extensive information on a subject I had never read about - homeopathic tissue salts. These amazing little compounds have worked wonders!!! The charts in the book make it easy to match your specific sleep symtom with a salt that should give you relief.

After a week and a half of experimenting with different salts, I think it's safe to proclaim I may be cured!!!

If you're suffering from a chronic sleep problem, I highly recommend getting this book and then running down to your healthfood store to buy the tissue salt that matches your symptom. (You'll need the book because the packaging on the individual salt probably won't even mention anything about sleep problems.)

The one that did the trick for me - Kali Carbonicum- said "for pain and feeling of weakness in the lower back". The people at the healthfood store are liable to be a bit clueless about these salts, too.

Anyway, hope this information was of some help.

Good luck!
