How to prepare essential oils
How to prepare herbal recipes

then it continues with
the oils that you need and the herbs - in a wonderful way the author has broken down all of these and informs what each and every herb or oil will or can do for you

she then continues with
an A-Z programme commencing with anxiety.....right through bronchitis, panic attacks, baldness, cystitis, and lots lots more

the end of the book is truly brilliant where she introduces
love potions, wand making, amulets and sachets...

it does not stop there...then for the witty ending
a breakdown of everything from what a cat means to the oldest cure for a headache...very amusing and highly professional

this is not JUST A BOOK...it is fantastic

This book is a really deep look into the ability of one to heal oneself. I was really very impressed by the layout, the ease of reference and the overall ease of use. The entire book is highly impressive and a tribute to the author. Excellent book and a must have. Very highly recommended.

I really enjoyed this book it is so different. Whilst I am not generally into aromatherapy i found the information available in this book to be excellent.
