Reviews:

Great little book
101 ways to fall asleep is exactly what it is. This book is aimed at people who are having sleeping problems, everything from restless nights to Insomnia. It is a helpful book that tells you exactly what sleeping disorders are, what its effects are and how you can overcome them. It says that everything from work problems, Family problems,Nutrition to jet lag can effect sleeping { Even your bedcovers}. It gives tips on how to relax yourself before going to bed E.G. Listining to music which is relaxing { Chillout, Jazz }, Having a hot bath, keeping the lights dim, Yoga etc. It then tells you what things you could include in your diet to help and what bedcovers are suitable for the type of person your are { Different in climate temperatures etc }. The book also has the scientific side to it, E.G. statistics on how many people suffer from sleeping problems, what effects the mind and body have from lag off sleep and how this can effect your moods, and how sleep disorders can even lead to depression.
There are even small notes from letters that people have sent in telling you how they cool off after a hard day.
This book is great at helping you sleep, almost everything you can think off that might effect sleep is covered in this book and how you can inprove on that problem. A great read even if your not having problems.
Thanks for reading
