This book is very user friendly, the chapters are organized nicely, and it's easy to read. You can easily find the information you're looking for. I used this book and conceived both of our children immediately (one-two tries). I credit that to this book. It tells you how to figure out when you're ovulating, the optimal time for "trying", how to prepare your body for a safe pregnancy, how the husband should prepare his body for optimum fertility, etc. I have referred to it many times and give this author credit for my healthy babies. I highly recommend it!

I think this book makes a good resource for couples trying to conceive. It was thorough and had good information, like a very easy to read reproductive textbook.

I purchased this book after 2 mos. of ttc. I became pregnant on the first cycle after reading this book! His techniques apparently work, and he is not misrepresenting his facts. Thanks Dr. Williams.

This book was helpful and informative. It is very straightforward and suggests the best way to get pg through the latest medical research. I am also appreciative that he put a section in about selecting the sex of your baby. He pretty much debunks all of the popular theories, ones that I had read about and actually wanted to try! Although I haven't started "trying" yet, I feel like I have all the information I need to get pg and I am optimistic that it will happen quickly!
